The product itself and customer support from Slider Revolution are out of this world, 10 stars!!! I must say, the support is fast and Stan know what to do to solve the issue I ran into. I contacted the support and Stan, the angel, replied real fast and before I blinked the problem was solved. I ran into a problem on my Wordpress site and couldn't find what was the problem with Slider Revolution. It allowed me to take my design capabilities to a greater level, so I'm beyond satisfied and my client is as well. Slider Revolution has been an awesome addition to my design arsenal However, now that I have installed the slider as a Pro version and built it into the header area of the page, I am able to not only easily change and customize each slide, but also design much more and much better on top of that. I've actually been working with Slider Revolution on and off for several years now, but have never used it as a Pro version, only free. Support team are excellent and patient, perfect solution. I had a problem with videos not loading in a modal window, Albert was very thorough in identifying the issue and coming up with a fix for us.
I just use some of the basic functionality, but all in all, I think it looks great. I don't have any formal training in building websites and I found SR easy to use. I have been using Slider Revolution for several years on my website.
